the Original Specifications and Condition of this vehicle.

Rare, Fully Restored 1969 Oldsmobile 442
High Performance 2 Dr Post Sport Coupe. Completely Restored to
Factory Stock Specifications. There are only a few minor things
this needs to make this a Show worthy piece. The total actual
mileage is believed to be 122,000, although that cannot be
confirmed. Only 200 miles on this car since finished.
This California car is a true Survivor, a very well preserved
Original 442. There have been virtually no modifications done to
this car. My information says there were 77,000 1969 Hardtops
and only 3700 were 2 Dr Post Sport Coupes.
The Complete Drive Train is all Original and it runs Excellent.
Matching Numbers Original Rebuilt 400/V8 with less than 3000
miles on it. 325 HP w/ 165 lbs compression on all 8 cylinders.
Recent Tune up, New Ignition, Distributor, Wires, Plugs, Belts
and Hoses, etc. New Dual Exhaust sounds great, TH400 Automatic
Transmission, Power Steering, Power Brakes, and Factory Air
Conditioning still blows cold air. Stock Front and Rear
Suspension. Still handles great and drives perfectly. Brand New
Daytona Radials with the Original Super Stock Wheels inc.
Correct Beauty Rings and Bezels.
Everything in the Interior is either New or Redone with the
exception of the Door Panels which are still in good condition.
It is complete and has that great original look. Newly
Upholstered Bench Seats w/ matching seat belts front and back,
front seats have shoulder and lap belts. Clean Headrests and
Armrests. The carpets are in New Condition. Headliner is NEW.
The Original Dash is great, ash tray, New glove box liner, all
in great condition. All of the Original Gauges and Speedo
function great. Lights, wipers, dome and glove compartment lamps
etc. all of the electrical works. All of the Windows and Doors
are in excellent working order. AM/FM CD Player with Pioneer
Speakers.
The exterior of this car is in beautiful condition. The body is
straight and solid, with all Original Body Panels in excellent
condition. Absolutely NO RUST. Originally painted white, it is
now BMW Gloss Black in great condition with a beautiful shine to
it. Could not find any dings or chips. Doors, Bumpers, Trunk and
Hood Professionally Adjusted. The Front Bumper is rechromed and
the original rear bumper is in good shape, nice and straight.
The Front Grill is New. Original T3 Headlights. All of the glass
is in great condition with the exception of a small spot of
delamination in the windshield, barely noticeable. Engine and
Trunk Compartments have been detailed nicely. The undercarriage
and engine compartment were treated with POR15. Trunk mat and
Floor are in excellent condition, with Original Jack, spare and
without any rust. Mostly Original badges and emblems and ALL
Original decals and stickers in the trunk, doors and under the
hood.
This car is in excellent shape with very few imperfections. It
does not require much of anything. To make this car a showpiece,
it could use New headlight lenses. It could use the stainless
trim around the wind wings. I am sure there are more, but not
much. The paint and the stereo are a couple of things I can
think of that are not stock.
There are also many receipts, some photo documentation of the
restoration process and the Original Owners Manual.
Summing it up….. Car is very FAST like a true muscle car and it
is also one of the smoothest driving classic cars around. This
is a complete and original 1969 Olds 442. Very hard to find in
this condition, you don’t see them very often anymore,
especially good, solid, complete, and original examples such as
this one. It is loaded with great Factory Options and it still
has almost everything else that came with the car. Look at the
pics; although it is not perfect it is beautiful and you can
easily see what a nice car it is. Show it and/or drive it. An
excellent example of Oldsmobile Muscle.
